Zara Phillips, daughter of Princess Anne and Captain Mark Phillips , has given birth to her first child, a girl, which is the fourth great-grandson of Queen Elizabeth II. The baby was born at the Royal Hospital in Gloucestershire, not far from the house where Zara lives with her husband, rugby player Mike Tindall.
The baby girl, whose name has not yet been announced and which occupies the sixteenth place in the line of succession to the British throne, weighs 3.5 pounds. The father attended the birth.

The Queen is already great-grandmother of two little girls, the daughters of the brother of Zara, Peter Phillips, who is the oldest grandson of the sovereign.
